Discussion Meeting Held with Conveners of Sub-Committees for the Implementation of the 1st Convocation of NWU

A significant discussion meeting was held with the conveners of various sub-committees formed for the successful implementation of the 1st convocation of North Western ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. The meeting took place on Saturday at 11:00 AM in Room 301 of Administrative Building-1 of the university.
The meeting was presided over by the honorable Vice-Chancellor of the university and Convener of the 1st Convocation Steering Committee, Professor Dr. Sheikh Md. Enayetul Baber. The university's Treasurer, Deans of various faculties, the Registrar, and the conveners of the respective sub-committees were present at the meeting.
In the meeting, detailed discussions were held on several important matters to ensure the successful organization of the first convocation. The sub-committee conveners presented the progress of their respective committees and shared opinions on future actions. Based on the discussions, several important decisions were made regarding preparations, activities, event schedule, and other guidelines related to the convocation.
The Vice-Chancellor stated, "The convocation is a historic event and a moment of pride for the students of the university. I am hopeful that with everyone's cooperation, we will successfully organize this event."
It is worth mentioning that the North Western ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ authorities have already submitted a formal letter seeking approval from the Ministry of Education and the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Grants Commission (UGC) for organizing the 1st convocation.
